Regulation on Official Controls Performed to Ensure the Verification of Compliance with the Provisions on Food and Feed, and Regulations on Animal Health and Welfare.
[摘要] This Regulation establishes the general rules for the implementation of official controls in order to verify compliance with the provisions governing: a) preventing, eliminating or reducing, to an acceptable level of risk to human and animal health, directly or through the environment; b) ensuring fair practices in the distribution of food and feed, and to protect the interests of consumers, including the labelling of food and feed, and other forms of information to consumers.
