Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 716/2013 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EC) No. 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and the protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks.

[摘要] This Regulation lays down detailed rules for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 110/2008 as regards in particular: (a) the use of compound terms and allusions as referred to in article 10 of Regulation (EC) No. 110/2008 in the description, presentation and labelling of a foodstuff; (b) the geographical indications of the spirit drinks referred to in article 15 of Regulation (EC) No. 110/2008 and the use of a European Union symbol for the geographical indications of spirit drinks.
