[摘要] This Law establishes legal grounds for the protection of consumers by the state. It ensures protection of human life and health in the following cases: (a) manufacturing, import, conservation, storage, labelling, transport and trade of foodstuffs against fraud and adulteration; (b) food supply to internal market.
