Regional Law No. 1659 “On protection of public health”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of protection of public health and ensures provision of medical and social assistance to the population. Regional executive bodies and local government shall ensure quality of foodstuffs produced on the regional territory. Citizens shall have the right of access to information related to rational nutritional rates and values. The state shall ensure provision of complete and full-value nutrition and infant food to pregnant women, nursing mothers
