[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Resources implements the Marketing Standard Act (BGBl. I No. 68/2007). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the control of the marketing of fishery and aquaculture products. In particular, the purpose of the Ordinance is to transpose certain EU-Regulations into national legislation.
