Wine Products Board (Table Wines with Geographical Indication and Process of Recognition for Production Regions of “table wine with geographical indication”) Order, 2004 (P.I. 704/2004).

[摘要] This Order is issued under article 26 of the Wine Products Law of 2004 and in compliance with EU Regulations regarding the geographical indication of table wines. With this Order, the Wine Products Board sets forth the standards with which table wines must comply in order to be labeled as “table wine with geographical indication”. It also prescribes the approval process for geographical areas to be assigned as production areas of wines with geographical indication.
