Order No. 1001 on protected description for agriculture and food products.

[摘要] The Order sets regulations on the description of origin or/and protected geographic provenience information of specific agricultural products and food. Applications for registering such description shall be submitted to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration in order to approve and certify that these commodities’ quality is in compliance with EU regulations. Specific penalties are indicated in the Order for non-compliance.
