Regional Law No. 719-OZ “On regulation of some relations in the sphere of food quality and safety of foodstuffs”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates some relations concerning participation of regional state bodies in the implementation of plenary powers of the Russian Federation in the sphere of ensuring quality and safety of foodstuffs. Regional executive body shall be responsible for raising quality of foodstuffs and information of the population on issues related to the issues of food quality and food safety. Trademark “Kaluga product” shall be issued in order to guarantee traceability and quality of foodstuffs
