Decree No. 154 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on complaint of consumer on non-compliance of commodities.

[摘要] This Regulation establishes the modalities of filing complaints by consumers on non-compliance of commodities and organization of expertise of the aforesaid commodities. The consumer must file complaint to the manufacturer or vendor at the legal address thereof, containing indication of non-compliance characteristics. Manufacturer or vendor must give written reply to the consumer within three working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
