Decree No. 14 of 1998 of the Ministry of Agriculture on the classification of beef carcasses and their commercial grading.

[摘要] This Decree applies to: entities specified in Article 1 of the Decree No. 13 of 1998 on the classification of carcasses, and to cattle for slaughter belonging to one of the categories listed in Article 1(2) of this Decree. Rules of classification, weighing and marking are set out in Articles 3-8. Quality classes and their meaning are comprised in the annexes.
