Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1239/2012 amending Regulation (EC) No. 543/2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 as regards the marketing standards for poultrymeat.
[摘要] This Regulation lays down some amendments to Annexes VI, VII, VIII and IX to Regulation (EC) No. 543/2008. The amended annexes provide limit values for (i) the water content of frozen and quick frozen chicken carcasses, (ii) the water content of certain poultry cuts, and (iii) the water content of fresh poultrymeat in checks on the absorption of water in the production establishment.
