Ministerial Decree No. 249 on labelling of liquors subject to labelling with quality stamp.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes requirements for quality control of liquors and labelling thereof with quality stamp. Quality stamp shall be considered special mark used for labelling high quality bottled liquors (except for ethyl alcohol). Quality stamp shall contain the following elements: (a) inscriptions "Marca de calitate" and "Moldova-Vin"; (b) national flag of Moldova; (c) logo "Barza Alba in zbor"; and (d) serial number.
