Food and Food Standards (Alcoholic Beverages) Regulations, 2001 (S.I. No. 25 of 2001).
[摘要] These Regulations provide standards for the production of alcoholic beverages, i.e. any beverage, or fruit extract drink that contains not less than nought comma 2 percent of alcohol. The provisions lay down standards for the production and composition of the beverages and in certain cases regulate the use of food additives and preservatives.
