Pesticides Act (Cap. 35:03).

[摘要] This Act establishes the Pesticides Control Board, makes provision for the registration pesticides and provides rules for the manufacturing, handling, storage, importation and placing on the market of pesticides. It also deals with related matters such as control of pesticide residues in food and matters of environmental concern.
