[摘要] This Order sets regulations for the monitoring and inspection, research and analysis of algal sites where harvesting of mussels takes place. These regulations include the application of hygiene methods for cleaning and conditioning of mussels destined to human consumption, with the purpose of meeting health standards and microbiological classification criteria. Rules may be suspended, should there be risks of poison in specific algal areas which may compromise the quality of mussel harvesting. T
