[摘要] The President, with a view of expansion of export potential, increase of amount and extension of stock list of agricultural commodities destined for export decrees that supply to external markets of fresh, dried and processed fruits, vegetables, grape and cucurbits crops shall be performed on condition of 30 percent of upfront payment and opening of confirmed bank letter of credit or letter of guarantee issued by first-rate foreign bank.
