Ministerial Joint Decree No. 250906 amending Ministerial Joint Decree No. 282303/2004 establishing additional measures for the implementation of the provisions of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2081/92 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs.

[摘要] With this Decree, paragraph 1 of article 11 to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 282303/2004 is replaced by the following: “1. The local agricultural Services of the Prefectures shall continue to controlling and certifying the agricultural products and foodstuffs that are eligible to state on their labelling PDO-PGI indications as well as the European Community symbol, at the latest up to 31.1.2005, according to the current Community and national legislation”.
