Ministerial Decree No. 785 regarding labelling of liquors and spirits.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of labelling of liquors and spirits with federal special stamps. Presence of federal special stamps on labels of liquors and spirits attests lawfulness of the use of trademark protected on the territory of the Russian Federation. Federal special stamps shall be applicable to liquors and spirits with contents of ethyl alcohol over 9 percent. Application mode shall be such as to exclude falsification and reuse of federal special stamps.
