[摘要] These Regulations amend the Fisheries and Marine Resources (Export of Fish and Fish Products) Regulations 2009 in regulation 2 by giving a new definition of “competent authority”, which in its new interpretation shall be the Seafood Unit of the Ministry responsible for the subject of fisheries and marine resources.
