Regional Law No. 19-RZ “On protection of public health”.
[摘要] This Regional Law establishes legal, economic and organizational grounds for protection of public health. It ensures the right of citizens to have access to timely and reliable information related to rational nutritional standards. Only certified quality foodstuffs shall be authorized for trade. The state shall ensure safe living conditions and safe natural environment, including environmental protection, to citizens.
