Regional Act No. 34 on the collection and marketing of mushrooms.

[摘要] This Act lays down rules governing the gathering and marketing of mushrooms within the territory of the Abruzzo Region, taking into account the need to preserve the ecosystem and protect human health. It sets out the maximum quantity of mushrooms that may be collected as well as the sizes under which they may not be collected. Further the Act defines the areas where collection is not allowed. Article 21 sets out the penalties to be applied in case of infringement.
