Ordinance on the conditions of the common organization of the market in milk and milk products.

[摘要] This Government Ordinance, which is composed of eight articles and one Annex, lays down details on: (a) obligations of purchasers of milk regarding reporting on the quantity of raw milk, real fat content and the estimated purchase price; (b) the application for recognition of producer organizations, application for recognition of associations of producer organizations and application for recognition of interbranch organizations in the common organization of the market in milk and milk products.
