Ministerial Decree No. 482 entrusting to the Regions the duty of controlling the fulfilment of the obligation to classify the carcasses and half-carcasses of animals slaughtered in slaughterhouses authorized according to EEC Regulation No. 1186/90 of the Council and to EEC Regulation No. 344/91 of the Commission.

[摘要] The slaughterhouses recognized by the European Community have the obligation to carry out the commercial classification of carcasses and half-carcasses, according to the provisions of EC Regulations No. 1186/90 of the Council and No. 344/91 of the Commission. The control of the fulfilment of said obligation shall be exercised by qualified personnel under the supervision of the Regions, in compliance with the provisions of EEC Regulation No. 344/91.
