Export of fresh, frozen and processed fish and fishery products (quality control and inspection and monitoring) Rules, 1995.
[摘要] The purpose of these Rules is to ensure that fresh frozen and processed fishery products are handled and processed at all stages of production, storage and transport under proper hygienic conditions so as to meet health requirements and specifications laid down under these rules. The Competent Authority shall regularly inspect and monitor all premises where fish products are prepared, processed, chilled, frozen, packaged or stored in order to ensure that the rules provided in the text are being
