Counterfeit and Fake Drugs and Unwholesome Processed Food Act.

[摘要] This Act regards measures dealing with counterfeit, adulterated, banned or fake, substandard or expired drug or unwholesome processed food. The Act consists of 15 sections, section 2 relating to licensing and registration in any place of drugs and poisons by the relevant authority. Offenders under this Decree will be tried under the Special Tribunal (Miscellaneous Offences) Decree 1984 (sect. 4).
