[摘要] These Regulations enable the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to establish procedures for the review of a relevant determination made by the Department under any of the EU instruments listed in the Schedule to the Regulations, or any statutory provision which implements or supplements those EU instruments in Northern Ireland. These instruments relate to the implementation of the Single Common Market Organisation (SCMO) Regulations in Northern Ireland. These Regulations shall apply
