Legislative Decree No. 169 implementing Directive 2002/46/EC concerning food supplements.

[摘要] In implementation of the provisions laid down in Directive 2002/46/EC, this Legislative Decree lays down rules applicable to food supplements placed on the market as foodstuffs and presented as such. Only the vitamins and minerals mentioned in Annex I shall be used in the manufacture of food supplements. Article 6 concerns labelling.
