Regional Law No. 74-Z amending Regional Law No. 18-Z “On state regulation of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors”.

[摘要] Item 1 of the Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorized regional state body in the sphere of regulation of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors shall be responsible for issuance of licences for retail trade and vending of liquors (except for sparkling wine and champagne) performed by the producers of agricultural commodities”.
