Meat Control (Slaughterhouse) Regulations, 1973 (Cap. 356).

[摘要] These Regulations, made under the Meat Control Act, provide for the control of any abattoir, slaughterhouse or any other place where animals are slaughtered and meat is prepared or meat products are manufactured, which by the Minister declares to be a slaughterhouse for the purposes of these Regulations. No person shall slaughter in a slaughterhouse any animal, which has not been inspected by an inspecting officer except only in an emergency, or shall dispose of a carcass of any animal slaughter
