Law No. 101 “On validation of national symbols related to protected geographic indications, places of origin and guaranteed traditional products”.

[摘要] This Law validates national symbols related to protected geographic indications, places of origin and guaranteed traditional products and contains description and graphic images thereof. The scope of utilization of the aforesaid symbols and indications shall be labelling of foodstuffs with a view of prevention of fraud and adulteration and thus ensuring the protection of consumers’ rights and protection of public health.
