Food (Irradiation) Regulations, 2005.
[摘要] These Regulations, consisting of seven Parts and one Schedule, provides for food irradiation. They establish that: every Food Irradiation Facility set up in Sri Lanka; for all irradiated foods produced locally, whether for domestic consumption or for export; and for all imported food. The main objective of these regulations is to ensure that the requirement of food irradiation is achieved without risks to human health and the environment.
