General Regulation - Fish Inspection Act (N.B. Reg. 84-24).
[摘要] In compliance with the provisions of the Fish Inspection Act, this Regulation states that all fish shall be subject to inspection by an inspector. The Regulation specifies in details the rights and powers of inspectors and actions to be taken based on the inspections’ results. The regulation also provides for the issuance of Fish Processing Licence and of Fish Buyer’s Licence.
