Law amending Law on Trademarks and Geographical Indications.

[摘要] Article 41 shall be amended to add the following wording: “It shall be prohibited in relation to agricultural commodities and foodstuffs to use indications and designations contradicting legislative normative acts regulating protection of geographical indications and places of origin of agricultural commodities and foodstuffs”.
