[摘要] This Legislative Decree sets out the legislative framework governing the exploitation and placing on the market of natural mineral waters, as defined by article 2. These provisions do not apply to natural mineral waters and spring waters destined to be exported to third countries. Specific provisions concern the procedure for applying for and obtaining the recognition of natural mineral waters as such. Further provisions concern microbiological characteristics, transport conditions and labelling
