Turkish Food Codex Regulation on food additives.

[摘要] This Regulation sets forth the rules and conditions of usage of food additives in foodstuffs, food enzymes and flavourings, labelling of food additives and list of food additives in Annex II and III. The aim of this Regulation is to protect consumer rights, consumer health and human health and also to protect environment.
