[摘要] This Decree establishes hygienic safety requirements and nutritional value for foodstuffs and also sets compliance standards for the aforesaid requirements in the process of processing, import and trade of foodstuffs. This sanitary regulation shall be compulsory for individual entrepreneurs and legal persons, carrying out processing, import and trade of foodstuffs, and also for State Sanitary Inspection.
