[摘要] The present Law regulates the relations appearing in connection with the legal protection and use of the geographic indications. Geographic name—an indicator that identifies the goods as originating from the territory of the country or from the region or locality on this territory, where a certain quality, reputation or other features of the goods are to significant extent connected with its geographical origin.
