Executive Board Decision on the use of the trade mark “Appenzeller milk”.

[摘要] The present Decision defines the conditions under which the brand (name and logo) "Appenzeller milk" - owned by the Canton Appenzell-Innerrhoden - may be transferred to third parties. In particular, article 4 lists these requirements, such as production of excellent milk and adequate marketing, being in possession of an authorization. Article 10 establishes that this brand guarantees high quality milk. The text consists of 15 articles.
