[摘要] The present Decree lays down measures to implement Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1148/2001 on checks on conformity to the marketing standards applicable to fresh fruit and vegetables, giving particular regard to: (a) the authority which shall be responsible for the coordination of check operations; (b) the setting up and management of a database containing all information relevant to traders in fruits and vegetables; (c) check procedures.
