[摘要] Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1240 lays down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to public intervention and aid for private storage. The present Regulation supplements Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1479 by inserting new Chapter IV, which regulates the disposal of intervention stocks for the scheme for food distribution to the most deprived.
