Contaminants in Food Regulations 2002 (L.N. No. 392 of 2002).
[摘要] The Regulations concern contaminants (defined in reg. 3) contained in food used for human consumption. They shall not apply to contaminants that are subject to more specific rules. Food that contains contaminants in an amount that is unacceptable fro the point of view of public health shall not be placed on the market (reg. 4). The maximum levels of specified contaminants may not exceed levels indicated in the Schedule (reg. 5). Criteria for sampling and testing are laid down in the same Schedul
