Law No. 859 “On standstill period (moratorium) on inspection of processing facilities”.
[摘要] This Law establishes legal grounds for implementation of standstill period (moratorium) on inspection of processing facilities owned by entrepreneurs raising production output and using new technique and technology for expansion of no less than half of processing facilities. Introduction of moratorium must ensure protection of legal rights and interests of the population. Inspection shall be assigned independently of the moratorium if it is related to food quality control and food safety.
