Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000 fixing maximum levels for active substances of phytosanitary products on foodstuffs.

[摘要] This Decree concerns foodstuffs for human and animal consumption and establishes the maximum residue levels in and on cereals, foodstuffs of animal origin and certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables. This Decree will be implemented without prejudice to provisions concerning dietary or children's food. In terms of article 4 these products, from the time they are put into circulation, shall not contain levels of pesticide residues greater than those specified in the Annexe
