[摘要] The carcasses and half-carcasses shall be marked or labelled by qualified staff of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Resources, according to the modalities provided for by EC Commission Regulation of No. 344 of 13 February 1991. The surveys of the market value of carcasses and half-carcasses shall be carried out by the owners of the establishments authorized according to Legislative Decree of 18 April 1994, No. 286.
