Act concerning a system for the identification of animals (No. 238 of 2010).

[摘要] This Act provides rules for the identification of animals that do not occur naturally in the wild. The Food Safety Authority shall act as controller of records in the system of animal identification, but may delegate functions to other public bodies. The Act sets out the information that shall be registered. Such information shall be provided in electronic form by animal keepers and animal brokers.
