[摘要] This Regulation determines the implementation of the annual plan of monitoring certain substances and their residues in live animals and animal products and the procedure to be followed in case of negative feedback . The regulation also determines the local authorities in charge of the implementation monitoring programs and the rules and procedures of operation of laboratories.
