Sanitary Rules and Regulations regarding processing and trade of fish products (SANPIN 2.3.4.050-96).
[摘要] These Sanitary Rules and Regulations shall be applicable to the coastal fish processing enterprises and vessels manufacturing fish products irrespectively of the departmental subordination and the form of property. They shall not be applicable to the enterprises manufacturing infant food and special dietary uses foodstuffs. Fish processing enterprises must have refrigerator or storage facilities maintaining temperature set for a given type of fish products. In case of the absence at the premises
