[摘要] These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 79 of the Fisheries Act, 1997, provide rules for registration and licensing of local and foreign fishing vessels, and related matters and make provision with respect to, among other things, conservation measures, aquaculture, international fishing agreements and arrangements, marine scientific research, prohibited fishing methods, sport fishing, test fishing and landing, marketing and distribution of fish.
