Ministerial Decree No. 254/2007 amending article 11 of the Food Code in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/142/EC amending Annex IIIa of Directive 2000/13/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council listing the ingredients which must under all circumstances appear on the labelling of foodstuffs.

[摘要] Pursuant to Commission Directive 2006/142/EC, this Decree amends article 11 of the Food Code. More specifically, Annex 3A to article 11 of the Food Code is supplemented by including lupin, molluscs and derived products in the list of ingredients which must under all circumstances appear on the labelling of foodstuffs.
