European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) Regulations, 2004 (S.I. No. 120 of 2004).
[摘要] These Regulations amend existing regulations on the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on fruit and vegetables. They are amended in regulation 2 (1) by substituting for the definition “Directive” a new definition.
